Roma marted\u00ec 8 aprile la 78\u00aa Assemblea Generale della Federazione Italiana Piloti dei Porti presso il The Westin Excelsior Rome.<\/p>\n<p>A fare da cornice all\u2019evento, una platea d\u2019eccezione composta da rappresentanti delle Autorit\u00e0 Marittime e Civili, esponenti politici, dirigenti ministeriali, stakeholder del cluster marittimo e i Piloti dei principali porti italiani.<\/p>\n<p>Il Presidente di Fedepiloti, Com.te Roberto <strong>Bunicci<\/strong>, ha aperto i lavori con una relazione appassionata e concreta, lanciando un forte allarme sui fenomeni internazionali che minacciano il traffico marittimo come l\u2019escalation dei dazi internazionali, la crescita della pericolosa \u201cdark fleet\u201d \u2013 navi fuori standard che operano senza identificazione e gli episodi preoccupanti come l\u2019esplosione della petroliera Seajewel a Vado Ligure ancora avvolta nel mistero ma ribadendo con forza il ruolo di Fedepiloti come presidio imparziale della sicurezza e rinnovando la disponibilit\u00e0 al dialogo con tutte le componenti del settore e alle istituzioni per garantire un futuro all\u2019altezza delle sfide che il futuro ci pone.<\/p>\n<p>Il Presidente si \u00e8 poi soffermato sul titolo che contraddistingue l\u2019Assemblea di quest\u2019anno spiegando come la \u201csituational awareness\u201d sia una caratteristica fondamentale per prendere decisioni accurate e tempestive nell\u2019immediato, che contribuiscono nel medio e lungo termine a definire e migliorare una corretta valutazione del visto il susseguirsi di tre panel di dibattito con gli interventi di rilievo istituzionale del Sen. Nello Musumeci, Ministro per la Protezione Civile e le Politiche del Mare con un videomessaggio, dell\u2019Amm. Isp. Capo Nicola Carlone, Comandante Generale del Corpo delle Capitanerie di porto &#8211; Guardia Costiera, della Dott.ssa Patrizia Scarchilli, Dirigente MIT, dell\u2019On. Edoardo Rixi, Vice Ministro MIT, dell\u2019On. Deidda PRESIDENTE della IX Commissione (Trasporti, Poste e Telecomunicazioni, dell\u2019On. D\u2019Attis 5\u00aa Commissione bilancio, tesoro e programmazione e dell\u2019On. Basso Vicepresidente della 8\u00aa Commissione permanente (Ambiente, transizione ecologica, energia, lavori pubblici, comunicazioni, innovazione tecnologica).<\/p>\n<p>Tra i temi centrali dell\u2019Assemblea l\u2019annuncio della Dott.ssa Patrizia Scarchilli, Dirigente MIT, che ha comunicato la reintroduzione del limite d\u2019et\u00e0 per l\u2019accesso alla professione di Pilota del porto tramite un documento gi\u00e0 inviato alle Capitanerie di porto.<\/p>\n<p>Non sono mancati i temi sull\u2019 innovazione nelle varie tavole rotonde, dal VTS alla realt\u00e0 aumentata, dalla robotica al ruolo dei piloti come garanti della sicurezza: la tecnologia si integra con l\u2019esperienza sul campo, come raccontato dagli esperti Michele Landi, Alexandr Tardo, Flavio Traverso di Cetena che presentato alla platea il visore di manovra X Bridge, Charles Lans Morten di Ad Navigation, dall\u2019Amm. Squadra Pierpaolo Ribuffo (Ministero Politiche del Mare) e sempre dal presidente Roberto Bunicci, che ha sottolineato l\u2019importanza di fare sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Anche il comparto armatoriale ha presenziato all\u2019evento con gli interventi in una tavola rotonda dell\u2019Avv. Alberto Rossi \u2013 Segretario generale Assarmatori, del Dott. Luca Sisto, Segretario Generale Confitarma e del Dott. Enrico Bonistalli, Vice Presidente Federagenti.<\/p>\n<p>Ha chiuso i lavori dell\u2019Assemblea il Vice Ministro del Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti, On. Edoardo Rixi, che ha sottolineato l&#8217;importanza della collaborazione tra istituzioni e operatori del settore marittimo per affrontare le sfide attuali, come l&#8217;aumento dei dazi internazionali e la crescita della &#8220;dark fleet\u201d, evidenziando il ruolo cruciale dei Piloti dei porti nel garantire la sicurezza e l&#8217;efficienza degli scali italiani, ribadendo l&#8217;impegno del governo nel sostenere il settore marittimo attraverso politiche mirate e investimenti infrastrutturali.<\/p>\n<p>Per la prima volta in 78 anni, la categoria dei Piloti si racconta anche attraverso l\u2019arte con il fumetto realizzato dall\u2019illustratore Enzo Triolo, che ha creato un&#8217;opera originale per sensibilizzare, con uno stile narrativo moderno, sui rischi e sul valore del mestiere del Pilota.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fedepiloti.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/RELAZIONE-DEL-PRESIDENTE.pdf\">RELAZIONE DEL PRESIDENTE\u00a0 &#8211;
