{"id":1834,"date":"2023-04-23T11:41:04","date_gmt":"2023-04-23T09:41:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fedepiloti.it\/?p=1834"},"modified":"2025-02-28T11:46:46","modified_gmt":"2025-02-28T10:46:46","slug":"a-roma-il-57-general-meeting-empa-2023-pilotage-the-value-of-human-capital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fedepiloti.it\/en\/a-roma-il-57-general-meeting-empa-2023-pilotage-the-value-of-human-capital\/","title":{"rendered":"A Roma il 57\u00b0 General Meeting EMPA 2023 \u201cPilotage \u2013 The Value of Human Capital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dal 25 al 28 aprile 2023, la citt\u00e0 di Roma ospiter\u00e0 il 57\u00b0 General Meeting dell\u2019EMPA \u2013 European Maritime Pilots\u2019 Association, l\u2019evento annuale che riunisce tutti i Piloti dei porti europei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Il meeting sar\u00e0 organizzato in Italia da Fedepiloti a 20 anni esatti dall\u2019ultima edizione dell\u2019EMPA GM che si svolse nel 2003 a Genova e ospiter\u00e0, presso l\u2019Hotel NH Collection Roma Centro, Autorit\u00e0 Europee e Nazionali, ospiti illustri e tanti Piloti provenienti da tutta Europa e anche dal continente nord e sud Americano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Un\u2019assemblea di alto profilo tecnico e formativo che dar\u00e0 modo a tutti i partecipanti di scoprire anche le bellezze della nostra Capitale con eventi dedicati e un\u2019udienza Papale collettiva prevista per mercoled\u00ec 26 aprile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Value of Human Capital \u00e8 il titolo stato scelto per questa Assemblea Generale in seguito al grande interesse per lo sviluppo tecnologico accelerato dall&#8217;intelligenza artificiale (AI) ed i conseguenti progressi delle sue applicazioni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sebbene sappiamo quanto Internet abbia cambiato le nostre vite e quanto i sistemi autonomi stiano diventando sempre pi\u00f9 coinvolti in tutti i settori, questi sviluppi e le relative implicazioni sono ancora ben lungi dall&#8217;essere definitivi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Realt\u00e0 virtuale, realt\u00e0 aumentata, Internet-of-things e metaverso sono l\u00ec a proporsi di sostituire del tutto o parzialmente l\u2019operato dell\u2019essere umano. Ma nessuna macchina sar\u00e0 davvero \u201csapiens\u201d, ovvero consapevole di sapere, o cosciente del variare delle condizioni, per cui mutano i propri limiti di progetto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Per questo motivo, il tema di quest&#8217;anno esplorer\u00e0 le profonde implicazioni che le tecnologie del futuro, inclusa l&#8217;IA, potrebbero avere riguardo al ruolo del Pilota. Al meeting saranno presenti, oltre ai rappresentanti delle maggiori Federazioni di Piloti europei e del cluster marittimo continentale, anche il Presidente di Fedepiloti com.te Roberto Bunicci, il Presidente dell\u2019EMPA capt.
